The North Central Community College Conference (N4C) has been good to the WolfPack soccer team this season. In four games against N4C foes, Madison College has ended up with a win three times.
Friday night the 'Pack picked up the regular-season sweep of Milwaukee Area Technical College, beating the Stormers 5-1. Madison College completely controlled MATC-Milwaukee, tallying 14 shots on goal to the Stormers' four.
Marcos Meneses got the WolfPack off to a fast start, scoring the first two goals of the game in the fourth and 14th minute.
Matthew Bodeau and
Eric Daniel were credited with the assists respectively.
After the Stormers scored their lone goal of the game in the 15th minute,
Ittay Rivas would add another first-half goal for Madison College, in minute 25, off an assist from
Eric Paeschke. The 'Pack would take a 3-1 lead into the halftime break.
The 3-1 advantage was all the WolfPack would need, though they did add two more goals after the break. Paeschke scored the fourth goal for Madison College, while
Bryan Ibanez notched the fifth and final goal.
Madison College (3-2 overall, 3-1 conference) visits Carthage College JV Sunday, Sept. 22 at 3 p.m.
