The Madison College women's basketball team will play the #1 nationally ranked and NJCAA Region IV Tournament #1 seed, Rock Valley College, on Saturday at Harper College in Palatine, IL at 1:00 PM . It will be the third time this season that the WolfPack have faced the Golden Eagles.
Madison College lost in both prior meetings against Rock Valley College this season. The WolfPack lost badly back on January 23 where they fell to the Golden Eagles by 60 points, 107-47, in Rockford. On February 16, the game was much closer but the WolfPack fell 68-46 at home. The winner of the Rock Valley College / Madison College semifinal will advance to the championship game and face the winner of the second semifinal, College of DuPage / Joliet Junior College. The Region IV champion will represent the region in the NJCAA Division III National Championship in Rochester, MN from March 14-16.
