Carthage JV Shuts Out Madison College Soccer

The WolfPack soccer wasn't treated very nicely in their road game against the Carthage College JV on September 24, as the host Red Men scored three goals prior to the break before adding five in the second half for the 8-0 win in Kenosha, WI. The NCAA DIII JV team limited the WolfPack to four shots in the game, two on goal. The host team managed to rattle off 25 shots overall with 16 coming on goal in the lopsided win.

Madison goalkeeper Ian Murphy picked up nine saves in the non-conference loss. After losing to the Red Men, the WolfPack falls to 0-8 on the year. Madison College remains in non-conference play when they travel to Mequon, WI on Wednesday, September 26 for a match against the Concordia University JV team. The game starts at 5:15 PM.
