The Madison College soccer team wasn't able to pull out the N4C conference road victory against MATC-Milwaukee on September 21, but the squad managed to keep things interesting in the 2-8 loss. Madison College and
Matric Kotula provided the first score roughly two minutes into the game to give the WolfPack the early lead. Milwaukee then rattled off two unanswered goals before the first half for the 2-1 lead at the break.
Kotula opened up the second half with another unassisted goal to tie the game at 2-2 before the MATC-Milwaukee Stormers went on a six goal run on their way to the 8-2 conference win. Madison keeper
Ian Murphy recorded three saves in the loss.
The soccer team travels to Kenosha, WI for a late night, non-conference game with the junior varsity team from Carthage College. The game against the JV from the NCAA DIII school starts at 7:00 PM.
