The Moraine Valley Community College Cyclones shutout the WolfPack soccer team 4-0 in a non-conference game on Friday, September 14 in Palos Hills, IL. The NJCAA DI team jumped out to a 2-0 halftime lead over Madison College before walking away with the 4-0 win. Moraine outshot the WolfPack 27 to 11, including 11 to 4 in shots on goal.
On the bright side, goalkeeper
Ian Murphy played well in his 90 minutes in the net. He recorded seven saves and allowed four goals.
The WolfPack (0-5, 0-3) returns home for a Wednesday, September 19 match against N4C conference foe Joliet Junior College. The game at Reindahl Park in Madison starts at 4:00 PM.
