The road was unkind in a big way to the WolfPack soccer team as the Joliet Junior College Wolves defeated the 'Pack 11-0 in Joliet, IL on Wednesday night. Joliet took the early advantage with a goal two minutes into the game before racking up a 7-0 lead at the break. Joliet then tacked on four more goals in the second half for the 11-0 N4C victory.
The Joliet offense outshot Madison 33 shots to five, including 27 shots on goal to two. The lone bright spot in the loss was
Ian Murphy's 14 saves. The WolfPack fell to 1-13 on the year and 1-7 in the N4C.
The Madison College soccer team plays their final regular season game this Saturday, October 13, at Reindahl Park in Madison. The WolfPack takes on the Saint Mary's University JV Cardinals in Saturday's game at 1:00 PM.
