The Madison College soccer team found themselves in a 4-0 deficit at halftime and were unable to get the offense rolling in the second half. The WolfPack lost 6-0 at home after giving up two more second half goals to the Hawks on Sept. 22.
Goalie
Eric Liegel made 12 saves as the WolfPack defense allowed 28 shots in the game, 18 of which were on the goal. The WolfPack offense had seven shots on goal, but the Hawks' goalie tandem was solid and made all seven saves.
The WolfPack went 0-5 against their conference competitors the first time around and will get another shot at every team except for College of DuPage, who competes at the Division I level. Next up for the WolfPack is Triton College on Sept. 24 in River Grove, Ill.
