In the final game of their Arizona Winter Trip, the WolfPack faced off against NJCAA Division II opponent Chandler-Gilbert Community College. The Coyotes sent the WolfPack back to Madison with a 63-31 loss.
Chandler-Gilbert CC held Madison College to a season-low 31 points. The WolfPack went into halftime trailing by just eight, 28-20. The Coyotes went on to outscore the WolfPack 35-11 in the second half in the 32-point blowout. The WolfPack hit just 1 of 11 attempts from beyond the arc and shot just 23 percent from the field for the game. The Coyote defense limited the WolfPack to just four made field goals in the second half.
The WolfPack were led in scoring by Sam Wilkinson with nine points and Bobby Komorowski added seven points in the WolfPack's final game in Arizona.
Madison College returns home with a record of 7-5. The WolfPack open up conference play on Jan. 5 at 7:30 pm and play host to the Milwaukee Area Technical College Stormers. The WolfPack defeated the Stormers three times last season.
