Samuel Anhalt is entering his first season as an assistant coach for the Madison College golf team after being hired in July 2025.
Samuel is familiar with junior college golf after competing for two seasons at Heartland Community College in Normal, Illinois. He transferred to UW-Whitewater, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Accounting.Â
At Lake Mills High School, Sam was a three-sport athlete competing in golf, football, and basketball. He participated in golf for four years, playing three on varsity. Sam was a sectional qualifier as a junior and lost his senior season to the Covid pandemic.
Samuel currently works as a tax accountant. In his free time, he enjoys reading, working out, biking, researching, and golfing.
