Bill Scheer

Bill Scheer is in his second year returning as head golf coach for the Madison College WolfPack and in his 9th season overall. Scheer coached the Madison College golf team for nine years from 1992-2001. His teams won six WTCC Conference and five WJCAA State titles during his tenure. He produced six national qualifiers and two All-Americans while receiving state coach-of-the-year honors five times.

Coach Scheer was a two-sport athlete at Monona Grove H.S. where he earned golf team MVP honors in three straight years and also served as team captain. After high school, Scheer attended Madison College to play golf for the late, Doug Redsten. He qualified for the national tournament and earned all-conference, all-state and all-region honors.

In addition to coaching, Scheer is the head PGA golf professional at the Glenway Golf Course in Madison.
