2014 - Giese was a pitcher and first baseman for the WolfPack... played in 45 games and made 45 starts… finished with a .340 batting average on 51 hits in 150 at bats… recorded team leads with 51 hits, 35 RBI, 34 runs scored, 68 total bases, and tied for the team lead with 9 doubles and 2 home runs... also had 1 triple, a .453 slugging percentage, a .398 on base percentage, 5 stolen bases, and a .961 fielding percentage… as a pitcher, Giese made 18 appearances and 13 starts spanning 81.1 innings… posted a 3.18 ERA, a 7-7 record, and 48 strikeouts… had 8 complete games… named second team all-conference (N4C).
