The game-by-game schedules for Madison College's two winter sports programs have been released for the upcoming 2026-27 athletic season. The WolfPack women's and men's basketball teams will open on their home floor inside H. Douglas Redsten Gymnasium on November 5 with a doubleheader against Anoka-Ramsey Community College. MADISON, WISC. - The Madison College men's basketball team saw its goal of winning Region 4 Tournament championships came to a crashing halt Thursday with an 85-67 loss to Carl Sandburg College in a quarterfinal matchup inside Region 4 Division II Tournament. The #10-seeded Chargers drained 13 three-pointers, including nine in the first half, to beat the #7-seeded WolfPack in a rematch of last year's quarterfinals. The Madison College Athletics Department announced a group of outstanding former student-athletes to be inducted into the Madison College Athletic Hall of Fame as the Class of 2026. Former student-athletes Shane Ellis (men's basketball), Brandon Gibis (baseball), Patrick Houlihan (men's soccer), and Brock Roder (men's basketball) will be inducted during a ceremony held on Thursday, October 8 at Madison College Truax Campus to open the department's second annual Athletics Alumni Weekend.
