Gymnasium Rentals

Gymnasium - Per Hour Rate

Gym 110A - $55 / Hour
Gym 110B - $55 / Hour
Gym 110C - $55 / Hour
Total Facility - $150 / Hour(Main & Auxiliary Gyms plus spectator area)

Fees include the following equipment: Baskets, scoreboards, volleyball nets, and standards – all other equipment must be provided by the rental group or rented through the college Events Office. Please include any setup requirements in the original agreement; they will be subject to additional charges per college policy.
Facility rental does not include use of basketballs or volleyballs.
Event director must be on-site at all times.
Set-up and take-down time must be included in the hours rented.
Deposit is due when the reservation is taken, and the remainder is due one week prior to the rental.
Certificate of insurance must be on file prior to approval of the reservation.
Cancellation of the reservation will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Concessions for any/all events will be handled through the Athletic Department and will be included in the rental agreement.
If an event runs beyond the actual time reserved, facility rental rates will be doubled for additional hourly use.
Rental group will be required to perform basic clean-up of facilities, including picking up trash, replacing all padding on walls/bleachers, etc. All other clean-up will be included in your rental fee.

Partnership Rental Agreements

Require a minimum of 25 dates within a calendar year and include all "events" that the organization hosts (exclusive use of Madison College). The total rental fee will be discounted by 20%.
