The H. Douglas Redsten Gymnasium was built in 1986 and the first game was played on January 14, 1987. On August 25, 1996, the gym was dedicated in honor of former Madison College Athletic Director, Basketball Coach and Golf Coach, the late Douglas Redsten.
The facility features three full-court basketball/volleyball courts and bleacher seating for 1,200 spectators. It serves as the home of the WolfPack men's and women's basketball, and women's volleyball teams. The baseball, and softball teams also practice in the gym throughout the year.
The gymnasium recently underwent a major face-lift as energy efficient lights and a motorized dividing wall were installed, the floor was repainted and resurfaced, the sound system was updated, and new team championship banners were hung.
