Ashley Biesterveld was named as an NJCAA Division III First Team All-American for her performance on the volleyball court in the 2010 season.
Biesterveld is a first-year outside hitter for the WolfPack who finished the season 25-8.
She was dominant throughout the entire season, leading the WolfPack with 295 kills and 49 aces.
Biesterveld was also second on the team with 217 digs. The 295 kills in one season is the fifth most for an individual in Madison College history.
Biesterveld becomes the seventh women's volleyball player at Madison College to be graced with the honor of being selected as an NJCAA Division III All-American.
She is the second-straight women's volleyball player to be selected as a First Team All-American and the WolfPack have had an All-American selected by the NJCAA for five consecutive years. All seven of the WolfPack All-Americans have come since the arrival of current head coach,
Toby Parker.
